LCS Project !

 

Through out the week, room 11 and I were to finish our LCS slide show!

 It was really fun getting to research our big question!

Tamaki Korero !

 Today Glen Taylor school are having an up coming event, that up coming event is Tamaki Korero. Tamaki Korero is when each student & their parent come in after school. Parents would be intruduced to the students teachers, then will be welcomed to see what their child has been working on through out the year ! I am so exited to go through this experince, my mum/dad would be able to see ALL my hard work ! 

Maze Game Presentation !

 

Today my tech class and I were able to finish our maze game presentation ! It was really fun and entertaining, we finally had learnt how to do Hour Of Code. We all had to take screenshots of every level and put them into the google slides that our teacher has made for us ! Here is my slide show, enjoy :) 

Camp Experience !

 

On the fourth week of school, all seniors of Glen Taylor School had opportunity to camp at Kawau Island !

It was a really fun experience, To be honest.. Camp was the best thing that has happened to me during my years at Glen Taylor School!

Maritime Museum Experiece !

 

 

On the 12th of April. The seniors for Glen Taylor School had the opportunity to head and experience the Maritime Museum! We had three groups and those three groups were in class's. For example the first group was room 11 and the second group was room 12 and yes ... the third group was room 13. As we arrived we were welcomed by being sang waiata, after that we decided to sing a waiata back. Afterwards, we had some time to sit down and eat our morning tea! Meanwhile the first group which I was in were first to go on the Waka, before we had set foot on the Waka we had to put on a life jacket so that we may be safe during the ride. We managed to get on the Waka with success and sailed off into the ocean... As we were sailing we got to ask lots of questions about the Waka, the answers they gave us were very interesting. But that was the first activity we had which means that was only the beginning of our journey/experience..

Koru Art!

 

Malo e' lelei! For this week room 11 and I have been focusing on art! The current art we're on right on is koru art, as you can see I have started on my koru art but never really got to finish it. Time to finish it! :)
