On the 12th of April. The seniors for Glen Taylor School had the opportunity to head and experience the Maritime Museum! We had three groups and those three groups were in class's. For example the first group was room 11 and the second group was room 12 and yes ... the third group was room 13. As we arrived we were welcomed by being sang waiata, after that we decided to sing a waiata back. Afterwards, we had some time to sit down and eat our morning tea! Meanwhile the first group which I was in were first to go on the Waka, before we had set foot on the Waka we had to put on a life jacket so that we may be safe during the ride. We managed to get on the Waka with success and sailed off into the ocean... As we were sailing we got to ask lots of questions about the Waka, the answers they gave us were very interesting. But that was the first activity we had which means that was only the beginning of our journey/experience..
