Healthy Choices.

Yesterday when it was Thursday 9th of August me and room 10 were learning about healthy choices. When we were learning about healthy choices our teacher Miss B told us to grab a big peace of paper then sit on the mat. After that she told us to fined a partner so that we could do the activity with.When we found a partner our teacher told us to grab a book that she came with from the shop that is called countdown.

 After we garbed a book she told us "when you get to your table you guys have to look in the book for 10 healthy things and after you guys have found your 10 healthy things cut them out then glue them to your big peace of paper and don't forget to write how much it has cost". Then me and my partner Soane looked into the book and try to fined 10 healthy things to stick onto our big peace of paper.

After me and my partner found our things the time ran out but the only things that we got was pineapple,oranges,eggs,nutri grain and a bunch of meat Then glued it to our big peace of paper.
After that our teacher told us to come and sit on the mat.When we sat on the mat she said to us
"so put your hands up if you and your partner are finish" then all of us waved our hands up then
our teacher said "so seance you guys have finished we will count up how much it cost and what you
guys have bought".

When we were going to count up what we have bought like how much our healthy things cost and
then when it was almost me and my partner Soane's turn the bell for home time rang then our teacher
shouted to us cause it was loud "GOOD AFTERNOON ROOM 10!" then we said good afternoon then grabbed our bag then rushed back home.


The thing that I want to know about healthy choices is that is nutri grain healthy for me Yes or No.

Paper Air Plane CHALLENGE!

On Tuesday 19th 2018 me and room 10 were making paper planes. Before we started to make the planes our teacher Miss Litchfield explained what we had to do. After Miss Litchfield explained the rules me and room 10 went and started to make our paper planes. After we made our paper planes all room 10 went out to the courts  then tested out how good our paper planes were.

 But after we tested out how good our planes were our teacher Miss Litchfield shouted out to us that we were going to make a challenge that who's plane can go the fares. But before we did the challenge we did two practises. Then it was time for the challenge to happen but when the challenge happen mostly everyone got nervous because they thought that their plane was just gonna fall onto the ground.But when it was time for everybody to throw there planes all of them threw there plane then after they threw there plane everyone in room 10 rushed to see who's plane came first.

 Then when they got to the plane that was first they shouted out that is was Harry and then we started to run back with our planes. Then when we were back to the line Miss Litchfield said if anyone wants to do it again then everyone said yes then we threw our planes then rushed to get our planes. when we got there it was still Harry's plane that came first then our teacher said to line up then we lined up then went back inside then started writing about what happend out side at the courts.

Golden State Warriors WIN NBA!

On Wednesday 13th June 2018 I was on kiwi kids news and I read a
story that told me that The Golden State Warriors have been crowned 2018 NBA champions.  

They prove too string for the Cleveland Cavaliers beating them 4-0 in the best of seven series. ‘

Warriors guard Stephen Curry shot a game-high 37 points in the final game were the Warriors won easily 108-85.

The result sees the Golden State Warriors have won 3 of the last 4 NBA titles. It was the fourth straight NBA Finals match-up between the two rival teams.

A Cat's Moment In Time.

I saw dogs with saliva dripping from their mouths


I saw rotten smelling rats running along the fence


I heard Rough dogs barking at me. As they were very angry.


I heard the sound of owls hooting in the dark trees.


I smelt the smoke coming from the chimney.


I smelt the smelly rotten fish bones at the bottom of the fence.


I tasted the smelly fish’s dropping into my mouth.


I tasted the fish bones cracking in my mouth.


I wondered if the dog’s will stop barking.


I wondered if the smell of smoke will stop coming.

Amazing PlayDough.

This week room 10 made playdough with mrs wrack. First we planned it then after morning tea we made it. But before we made the playdough mrs Wrack explained where room 10 was going to make the playdough. Then after mrs wrack explained where room 10 was to going to make the play dough she said that we were going to make it in the Glen Taylor School stuff room. After that room 10 went outside then lined up in a straight line waiting for mrs wrack to come. Finally mrs wrack came out and then took us to the stuff room. But when we got inside the stuff room we had to get into our groups that miss wrack put us into she said that my group to come to the kitchen and make our amazing playdough,and when we got to the table we started to create our playdough.

When we started to make our playdough we first had to pick a color out of blue,red or green. After that me and my group agreed to blue then started on making our dough. After that we had to start with 3 cups of flour after that ½ cups of salt then 6 teaspoons of cream of tartar. After that start mixing the mixture while putting a little bit of food colouring. Then put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil then put in the lucky last recipe which is putting in 3 cups of boiling water. After that start mixing until the play dough gets quiet hard then take it out of the bowl then start kneading it. After kneading it it was time for the after team to come and make there playdough and then my team went off and started to write about what was happening that day.
